An active partner in Europe
Region Västra Götaland is an active member of different regional organisations and networks in Europe, as well as the sub-regional level around the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and in south-western Scandinavia. Our organisation is also involved in several collaboration agreements and projects.
The purpose of Region Västra Götaland’s collaboration on the international level is both to share and gain experiences and knowledge within our focus areas, but also to influence policies and advocate issues of importance for the region.
